Joliet, Illinois is located 35 miles southwest of Chicago. It lies along the Des Plaines River. A major transportation hub, Joliet is the junction for two interstate highways: I-80 and I-55. It is also the crossroads of two of America’s National Scenic Byways: Route 66 and the Lincoln Highway.
